Shipping & Handling

 

Once you have made a jewelry purchase and the payment clears each item is shipped in a cotton muslin pouch with our logo and an anti-tarnish strip. All items except large orders over 13 oz. are shipped in padded mailer via USPS ‘First Class Mail’. Our other items for sale are shipped in bubble wrap and rigid padded boxes. Shipping methods for these items are decided on a per item basis. Our Shipping an Handling Fee policies are customer focused, meaning that assume most small purchase expenses as described below:  
  • The majority of the smaller items purchased such as single jewelry items the S&H are FREE within the Continental USA only. These items are shipped via USPS ‘First Class Mail’ with tracking which are generally received by our customers within a few days of our ship date. International Jewelry purchases are shipped at a flat rate of $10 for the first item and $3 for each additional item.
  • Larger item orders are shipped based on the actual expense to have your order delivered to you without damage. This does not mean you will be charged shipping if you make more than one purchase online. These expenses are only for special bulk orders that are ordered off of this website or larger items ordered outside the continental USA.

 

Returns

 

We understand that sometimes fit and appearance of an item is not exactly as an internet image describes so we will adjust, or refund any piece that does not meet your expectations if returned WITHIN 3 DAYS of DELIVERY. However, we do respect your input in regard to quality and only request a clear and definitive reason for your return.

To do so, all you have to do is Contact us by email directly explaining the reason for your return and we will respond with the address to send it. Since we do assume the expense to get your item to you, we DO NOT for any reason pay or reimburse shipping expense on any returned item.

Note: Damaged items caused by delivery of courier is the responsibility of the shipping company. All items we ship are insured to compensate our customers in full of their expense. We urge you to inspect damages of received items upon delivery and report this with photos of the package (as it was received) and the damaged item and you should Contact us directly. Please understand though that this process takes a little time.
